ENFORCEMENT OF BYLAWS

Any lot owner in the subdivision shall be entitled to
prosecute in any proceeding in law or equity, any owner violating or attempting to violate
any of the restrictions or covenants contained within, to either prevent said owner
from committing said violation or to recover damages for such violations,
and the court may, in its discretion,
award reasonable attorney s’ fees and costs to the prevailing party.

If you are in violation if any HOA ByLaws,
